The Fixed Displacement Turbine, or FDT, is a patented engine design that is small, lightweight and power dense. FDT’s scalable design will make it easily transportable, and it will be compatible with a variety of machines ranging from power generation, automobiles to aircraft. Despite its size, FDT can deliver turbine engine performance at the efficiency of a piston engine. With an expected fuel efficiency of 50% more than a traditional turbine, FDT joins a long line of green engine technologies today.

How It Works

Our FDT engine is designed efficiently to utilize two primary sections: the intake and compression section (cold section) and the combustion section (hot section). Compression and combustion take place on the opposite sides of the engine to produce exhaust.

The final FDT engine is designed to be light weight and modular. This ​enables a quick and easy removal and replacement of ​a damaged engine using little to no tools.
